Career Growth
After 20+ years of working in the medical industry, I have had countless conversations with salespeople that were considering a job change. There are a million reasons why someone would want to make a change, but the most common comes down to one word: Growth. If a person is growing professionally, it means they can answer YES to at least one of the following questions:
- Am I growing my sales acumen, or am I getting better at my craft?
- Am I growing my income, or will it grow in the near future?
- Am I growing my personal and professional legacy?
If the answer is “NO” to some or all of these questions, it is probably time to do some soul-searching. Many of us never stop to ask ourselves these questions and keep plugging away at our current position, just because it is what we did yesterday.

A Trusted Guide
Searching for the next right career opportunity can feel overwhelming. Online searches filled with misinformation, promotional material, and corporate jargon can be pretty confusing.
Submitting resumes through a company portal and hoping someone will call you back isn't fun either. For that reason, many great candidates miss out on opportunities simply because they don't have the time or the energy to sift through the noise.
A skilled recruiter should be knowledgeable enough to guide you through the forest of online misinformation. Your recruiter should understand the answers to the following questions:
- Is the position a fit for your career path?
- Are the company's products in this division new and innovative?
- Is the company culture congruent with your personality and your goals?
Providing insider knowledge on the position, the managers, and the corporate culture is what sets us apart. Our commitment - reduce your stress by serving as a coach and sounding board through the entire search process
